HITL: returns status=needs_input/stage=review (deliverable_type shopping_recommendations_review) with a shortlist for human approval; resume with approved=true + shopping_anchor (session continuity) to get the finalized shopping_recommendations. Ported from the Vertex AI Agent Garden Personalized Shopping ADK sample.
